“The President’s budget is a document of spite towards Orange County and the people of California. The proposed 34 percent cut to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund would rob my constituents of clean water and the so-called “national emergency” will take over $160 million in disaster relief funding from Orange County. We should all be glad that this absurd plan will be dead on arrival in the House of Representatives.”
